Can I lose money?

Security tips on how to avoid computer virus infection:

• Do not execute programs from websites that you do not trust.
• Never click on a link in an email supposedly coming from a bank. Banking institutions rarely contact their customers via email.
• Always have an updated antivirus program running at all times.
• Install a Firewall and have it running at all times.
• Keep your Operating System updated to reduce the risk of virus infections.

Account Questions

How do I open my FX Headway Account?
It’s quite easy and convenient. Follow this link, fill in the registration form and then press “Register”.

Which e-currencies do you accept?
We accept Perfect Money, Payeer and BitCoin: Blockchain.info at the moment.

How can I change my e-mail address, account number or password?
For security reasons e-mail can not be change by users and it needs to contact to admin, but for changing password, log into your FX Headway account and click on the “Edit Account”. You can change your account number or password there.

What if I can’t log into my account because I forgot my password?
Click forgot password link, type your username or e-mail and you’ll receive your account information.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password directly from your members area by editing it in your personal profile.

How can I check my account balances?
You can access the account information 24 hours, seven days a week over the Internet.

May I open several accounts in your program?
No. If we find that one member has more that one account, the entire funds will be frozen. Also there is no referral commission for refer together with the same IP.

Deposit Questions

How can I invest with FX Headway?
To make a investment you must first become a member of FX Headway. Once you are signed up, you can make your first deposit. All deposits must be made through the Members Area. You can login using the member username and password you receive when signup.

I don’t have any ecurrency account. What should I do?
You can open a free account at Perfect Money, Payeer and BitCoin: Blockchain.info .

How can I make a spend?
To make a spend you must first become a member of FX Headway. Once you are signed up, you can make your first spend. All spends must be made through the Member Area. You can login using the member username and password you received when signup.

How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
All processors will be add as fast as you deposit.

Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?
Yes! To make a deposit from your FX Headway account balance. Simply login into your members account and click on Make Deposit and select the Deposit from Account Balance Radio button.

Can I make an additional deposit to FX Headway account once it has been opened?
Yes, you can but all transactions are handled separately.

Interest Questions

Does a daily profit paid directly to my currency account?
No, profits are gathered on your FX Headway account and you can withdraw them anytime.

How do you calculate the interest on my account?
Interest on your FX Headway account is acquired Daily and credited to your available balance at the end of each day.

How can I withdraw funds?
Login to your account using your username and password and check the Withdraw section.

After the Withdrawal, when will the funds be available on my ecurrency account?
Funds are usually available within 1-24 hours.

Referral Program

Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we pay 5.0% from every amount of funds deposited by investors who used your unique referral link.

How do you pay referral commission?
Referral commission is added to your Balance Available for Withdrawal. Referral commission is paid via the same e-currency type as the one through which the deposit has been made.
